If you still have the app
This is the fastest route: open Trackiny, go to Account, and choose "Delete my account". Deletion happens immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app
Enter the email address or phone number of the account. We will send a confirmation link to the email address on the account. The account is deleted only after you open that link and confirm — the link expires in one hour.
What is erased
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your saved home location and the sector it resolved to.
- Your notification token, so the phone stops receiving alerts.
- Your entire alert history.
What is not affected
Collection routes, trucks and sector boundaries belong to the waste service, not to your account, and are unchanged by your deletion.
Need help instead?
If you cannot access the email address on the account, write to us from any address and tell us which account to delete. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
